We ordered here because our favorite Pizza place could not deliver. The customer service was terrible, they forgot half of our order and then when we asked for a refund for the food they did not give us, they said we had to come into the store. So apparently, regardless if you get get part of you food or not, it's going to be sub par and you have to pay regardless

We had made a very large order for my daughters birthday party and accidently put it in for the wrong day.  When we called them and explained the situation, they started on the pizzas immediately and had them over as quickly as possible(even after we were a little rude on the phone).  They definitely saved the party.  Thanks for being so awesome!

I've ordered from this Papa John's a lot over the past 3 years. They've never got an order wrong, never been (very) late, and have always had great customer service. If you like Papa John's pizza, this is a very well-run franchise.

Food is always good. Staff is nice and quick. Prices are still way too high for pizza compared to competitors like Dominos. But I do like the food so I occasionally pick it even if it is more expensive.

Could have been better! Paid for my order and waited another 10 minutes to be done. The problem was that the staff completely ignored me when the pizzas came up. I finally had to ask them if I could have my pizzas that had been sitting under the warmer.
