Worst service. Every time I make an online order, I pay, get confirmation that it will be here in 30-45 mins. Time goes by, I call to follow up, and they haven’t received my order. This last time the employee was very rude and said they are aware of their online ordering issues - but nothing they can do about it. Either don’t give an option to order online or fix the problem! Ridiculous. Now I have to wait another hour for my food.

First time ever ordering there deliver time was one hour and fifteen minutes to a hour and thirty minutes. I'd only recommend picking up your order unless they get more drivers.

The website absolutely sucks. It times out all the time and when you call the store they act like you are the issue. Growth is a good thing but dammit upgrade your servers. If there were another pizza place near me that delivered, I would never order again. You have to call the local store and 90% of the time they do not bring you what you ordered.

They may not be quite as cheap as other pizza places, but it's well worth it to us! I'll pay a tiny bit more for better, fresher ingredients and staff that cares about your experience. We're addicted to their chicken florintine pizza. I hope that special never ends.
