The dental team of Spokane Dental Providers in Spokane, WA is made up of knowledgeable, highly qualified people with many years of experience. We work hard to ensure you feel comfortable and well cared for during your visits to our office. Our goal is to take away our patients’ fear, pain, and anxiety about visiting the dentist.

Our patients can visit any of our four offices, allowing patients to choose a location and dentist that best fits their needs. Our priority is to provide our patients with the most effective individualized treatment possible. Our dentists are always happy to answer your questions, so don’t hesitate to ask!

I don't take writing a bad review lightly, but this place deserves it - 1 star is generous. After going my ENTIRE life  (30 years at the time) without a cavity, I showed up after a couple years of not seeing a dentist (typical for me), they claimed I had FOURTEEN cavities. I was in disbelief, so I had my x-rays sent to a different dentist, who said he'd only consider filling 4 of the 14, but even those weren't terrible. I thought: aggressive versus non-aggressive approaches, fine. I returned to Latah to have the four cavities filled, but they urged me to take care of the remaining 10 because they'd certainly erode further with time. I didn't write a bad review then, but now some 2 years after, I went to see a new dentist in November 2017 who took new x-rays: ZERO cavities (not 10) and rave reviews. He even had to replace one of the fillings put in at Latah because it was coming off my tooth. Still didn't write a bad review. But then, last week while flossing, what I thought was my new filling, fell out. And when I went into my new dentist today, he informed me it wasn't his newly placed filling that had fallen out (wrong tooth), but one of the fillings from Latah, and that because of its placement in my mouth, this kind of filling rarely, if ever, falls out, but especially not after such a short time. Latah filled four cavities instead of the alleged fourteen, and 2 of those fillings failed. This may be unfair to say, but it makes me wonder if I had any fillings to begin with? Either way, I'd like my $1000 back. Avoid this place unless you're into wasting money to jab needles in your gums.

Great office very clean great staff and treated me well.  There dental savings plan is awesome if you don't have insurance 20 percent savings on all your dental procedures.

Arrived for my appointment (that was confirmed many weeks in advance by phone, email and text) but their schedule "lost the appointment". Despite their mistake and me proving that my appointment was confirmed, there was no effort to explain, apologize or even rectify the situation by trying to fit me in. The best they could do was say "I don't know", shrug and schedule me for another day and time with no guarantees. Awful customer service. What a complete waste of time. Looks like I'll be looking for another dentist that actually keeps appointments with patients.
