Very displeased. I called last night and she answered the phone with “pick up or delivery” and then I gave her all my delivery information and my order and at the end she asked for my card number and I politely told her I would be paying in cash. She responded with “I told you only credit cards at the beginning of this call” (which she never told us) in a nasty tone of voice and then hung up.

A favorite place of mine. Just got food. Everything great except for the chicken caesar wrap. Much more lettuce and thinner since last year. Basically a cesar salad wrap now. Still 5 star

Food is good, made with quality ingredients, and it's convenient to have for late night delivery. My first 2 orders my rating was 5 stars, but on my last order.. I specifically asked the person taking my order TWICE to have the driver call me when he got here, and that I would come to the door. It was late(approx 1am) on a weekday, and there were pepper sleeping in the front, and I didn't want them to be woken up by the door bell. Now one wouldn't think of this as unreasonable request, seeing as they deliver food at God hours. To my surprise, not only didn't I get a phone call when the driver arrived, but he knocked on the door pretty loud. I can't blame the driver, because he was unaware that he was supposed to call when he arrived, and even showed me the delivery slip to show me he had knowledge of it. So I proceeded to call the restaurant to voice my dismay and asked to speak to a manager or owner of the business. Not only did the 2 people I spoke to seem as if they didn't appear as if they cared about the whole situation, but then told me the manager wasn't around (which is possible) but wouldn't give me a time/dayou that I could call back when they would be around. Despite stating that I had no issue on calling back on another day when he/she would be around. So I was told to leave my information, and that they would have the manager call me. By no surprise, that call never came. This is well over a month later that I'm leaving this review, because I gave justifiable amount of time to hear back from the manager. But tbh, I don't place the blame on the manager or the driver .. because the driver never knew, and I have a feeling the manager never recieved the message. If I recieved a call from the manager, then I'll change my review.. until then...
