Ordered Chinese yesterday went to eat leftovers and GO FIGURE after I had already eaten MOST of my meal I find a FLY incrusted in my general tsos!!! So disgusting! Never again!

By far the best Chinese food restaurant in Torrington.  No delivery  but quick order and pick up.   If you're in a rush New China Star will meet your time constraints.

Omgness finally  i found a place  where the chinese food is as good as in nyc! Delish boneless ribs and friendly friendly staff. Fast  delivery, and kindest delivery driver as well i got referred by many! Im glad !!

THIS PLACE IS THE MOST RUDEST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN TOWN EVERYONE YOU DEAL WITH HERE IS JUST NASTY..., I LOOKED AT THEIR MENU ONLINE IT STATES 6pc CHICKEN WINGS FOR 6.99 I CALL TO PLACE THE ORDER AND THE LADY TELLS ME YOU ONLY GET 5pcs I TRIED EXPLAINING THAT HER MENU SAYS 6pcs AND SHE RIGHT AWAY STARTING YELLING AT ME ANY OTHER AMERICAN RESTAURANT WOULDA JUST GAVE THE ONE EXTRA CHICKEN WING AFTER ALL THATS WHAT THEIR ONLINE MENU SAYS. NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE MOST EXPENSIVE CHINESE PLACE TO ORDER FROM... I KNOW CHINESE PEOPLE ARE KNOWN TO BE CHEAP BUT DAMN WHAT IS ONE CHICKEN WING! VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE RIGHT IN ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS BUT NOT NEW CHINA STAR AND IF IM GIVING YOU MY MONEY I SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH PEOPLE YELLING AT ME AND TREATING ME NASTY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
