I seriously don't know why this place has such high reviews. I have been here 4 times over the summer and had a bad experience every time. First time was with my mother, who ordered a burger well done. When we got it there was blood leaking everywhere for the burger and it was cold in the middle. When we sent it back all they managed to do was burn the outside and the middle was still cold. Second time all our sodas tasted like soap and they wouldn't refund them. Third time I found hair in my food and the last time my boyfriend ordered a burger to have it arrive to the table still frozen apart from a singed top layer. Never going back here. Ever...

99 Restaursnt in Torrington is our favorite place to eat. Great food wonderful help who are pleasant and take care of everyone. Would advise you go there

Above average for a chain. Sirloin tips are juicy although on occasion I have gotten some tough tips. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the mango iced tea

GREAT FOOD, EVERYONE IS ACCOMMODATING, GREAT SIDE SELECTION OF YOUR CHOICE MANY PLACES DON'T, HAPPY HOUR IS THE BEST IN TORRINGTON I COULD EAT THERE EVERY DAY BEST PLACE THAT I HAVE FOUND IN TORRINGTON CT

Excelent service, and great food as is almost always from 99. Salad plate was chilled, salad components were crisp, and fresh. My fried shrimp were cooked well, and crispy. We sat at the bar. The service person was very freindly, and professional. All of our food was prepared in a timely manner (even though they were quite busy)!. Great experience all around.
