We heard the food was great and we weren’t disappointed! The environment isn’t 4 stars, but they made up for it with their service. 
We were sat in between two very large groups celebrating a birthday (one group on the way out and one on the way in), there was a lot of commotion and some disapproval being vocalized by some of the group while the staff worked hard to make sure they had enough seats and were sat in a timely manner. 
Without calling attention to any of it, one of the staff members (wish I had asked her name) asked if my wife and I were comfortable and offered to move us to a booth since there were so many people hovering around our table. We thanked her and decline, because truly the food was just that good. We were enjoying the show and enjoying the food even more!

Love the food. The environment is very traditional Latin, and is very nice over all. The food is amazing, the Chicken and Rice plates are very well cooked and put together. The waiters are Spanish speakers, and will help you pronounce the meals and they will describe it to you as well. The restaurant is spacious, and they have private rooms for businesses and parties too. One room has pull down screen and a projector.

Love love love Latinos! Jose is the best bartender in Marion County. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is top notch. A definite recommendation if you love Latin flavors.

Every time I'm in Ocala and craving Mexican food,  Latinos y Mas is the place I go. It's fun. It's colorful. It's vibrant. It's always busy, and there's always a wait here. That's because it's just that popular and because the food served here is just that good! And let's not forget the service, it too is just as excellent!  On this visit, I ordered the combo loco which actually was not listed on the menu but the owners have the kitchen make it special for me anyways. And, I just think the world of them for always honoring my request. It is this willingness to please their customers, making sure that every plate goes out right, and everyone leaves happy is what they strive to do every time with every customer. And it is their desire for excellence in all that they pursue, is what I love about Latinas y Mas!

Looking for a local place and we stumbled upon this gem. Food was excellent, service was great and we will definitely come back if in the area. Love the variety of dishes they offer!
