When a parent calls and asks for specific things for their child health needs I think the nurses need to learn how to clean their ears out and listen to people. Also my son has been a patient of dr. Laughlin's office for over 2 years and that doctor has physically seen him 2 times other than that he shoved off, just like most of the other children, onto a nurse practitioner. That's not cool sometimes you just really want to see the doctor and talk to an actual real doctor to find out if there's anything other that can be done for your child health issues! I'm beginning to think it might be time for a change of doctor when that's not what I wanted to do but guess it's going to have to happen. Also when a parent ask to speak to a doctor and you're told no they're too busy to do that it doesn't make for good Partnerships from parent to doctor. You might want to make sure that if a parent really needs to talk to a doctor to get some issues worked out if they're too busy don't beat around the bush and take a note and have the doctor call the parent back.

The staff here are great, they are even willing to stay a bit late if you have bring your kids in at the last minute.
