My husband usually has issues with doctors but has been going to Dr. Laughlin since 2003 and is tremendously satisfied with completely trusting his health to him. He says "the guy really listens and takes his time to make you feel confident in the reasoning behind his recommendations" and will I not go anywhere else. Dr. Laughlin was my family Dr. for me and my 3 kids when they were all young too!

Dr. Laughlin & his staff are the best! They are always so helpful & concerned when you go in for an appointment. They listen to you & will go over whatever is needed to find a solution for you. I would highly recommend Dr. Laughlin if you are looking for a new family doctor.

Missed my appointment by oversleeping. Called and asked to be seen later that day by new physician but she decided she had availability but policy said she couldn't see me because I missed my scheduled appointment. No worries. If your policies are more important than taking up your busy time by actually helping people.

Working for a doctor might make this biased as us being the patients we have to realize were not the only ones being seen so if the appointment takes to long to be put in the room try to understand. It took over an hour after my appointment to just be seen but Dr. Laughlin apologized and took care of everything. The girls are quick to answer the phones and great. They really do care for their patients. I wouldn't change doctors for any reason.
