Awesome place.. great deal! Much better than competition pricing.. Clean place and curtious staff. The arcade area prices are a bit stout though.. but that's not people are really there though tbh. :)

My 12 year old broke her leg on the launch tower after being told if she saw the video prior to jumping on trampolines she knew what to do. The video stated to land on both feet with knees slightly bent (for trampolines), which my child did after being instructed to do so. After instruction she was left unattended by staff for the jump resulting in her having a broken leg and screaming help, where no staff member could see her (due to the height of the inflatable landing platform) or offered any help to get her down (which has no safe exit or way on in case of emergency). There was no staff supervising the jumping platform either as the staff member that allowed them on it walked away to run the bumper cars. This was 30 minutes into us being there, where we received no emergency protocol and were not allowed a partial refund on the total package we had purchased for 3 children. I don't recommend anyone take their child here taking a chance of the staff not supervising or instructing as they should. The hospital near by stated they had received over 50 patients due to this establishment in the past 3 months due to negligence of safety precautions on this equipment. Their video does not show them how to do the launch tower, their staff wrongly informed my child what to do as they clearly and rudely stated she should have landed on her bottom which is not clearly shown near the entrance of the tower. This is highly dangerous for your little ones and I am very disappointed after hearing how "wonderful" this place was.
