My two year old loves attending classes here and has learned so much since we've started going. All of the staff members have been so welcoming and treated us like family. Diana is by far the best at her job. She loves the kids and knows exactly how to turn learning into playing. We go three times a week and wish we could go more!

My kids have always had fun at Romp and Roll. When they were younger, they went there 3 times a week for class, then later, when class was no longer an option, they started attending Kid's Night Out. They love every minute and look forward to it every month. The only thing we (myself and my kids) would change is to have Kid's night out more than once a month! Great place, great people. Not a single bad thing to say.

By far the worst place to have a birthday party. The staff was the WORST part! They were very rude and lazy. Then after the party they were insulting the birthday girl. I would highly recommend not coming here, it's was not worth the money AT ALL!

Very unorganized. Staff was hateful. Staff also got caught talking badly about the birthday girl. What adult talks about a two year old at her birthday party??? Worst experience ever. I will never, ever go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to waste their money!!

I attended a birthday party of a dear friend's grand daughter, who happens to be the same age as my daughter. It was her 2nd birthday bash, and was by far handled horribly by the staff of Romp and Roll. It was chaos (way beyond what is normal for a toddler birthday party), and was so strict as to what the family of the birthday girl could do as far as 'activities'. Everyone knows at some point gifts will be opened at a birthday party. Apparently not this place, as the family was expected to PAY for this extra 'activity' that was not planned in the event. WHAT????? Not to mention one of the emplyees working the party was running around in a skimpy prom dress with her bare chest and bralette exposed which is way beyond acceptable for small children. The worst part was when the OWNER and her staff were caught red-handed bad mouthing the behavior of the 2 year old birthday girl by her grand mother, who went to great lengths to make sure EVERYONE had a great time. If you are working in a place designed for children of all ages to learn and play, then why would you expect a toddler to be "perfect"? Also, what toddler is going to be "perfect" in a completely new and unfamilar environment, strangers making up the population of the crowd, and chaos emitting throughout the entire building because of the staff's "planned activities". If anyone has kids or truly works with kids everyday, then you would know perfect behavior and toddler do not belong in the same sentence. I as a mother of a toddler can tell you that they are laughing one moment, and crying the next for no rhyme or reason. The family had almost no say in this event either, which was also not made forward when they had scheduled to host a birthday party here. Overall very angry that these so called "children-oriented" staff bad mouth typical behavior of small children for a living. The behavior of the staff and OWNER make one question whether they should even be allowed to work with children. Terrible business, and the worst respect for parents and children I have ever witnessed. Would NEVER recommend this "business" to anyone!!!!!
