Terrible routing facility. An item got missent to this facility and its a black hole. As soon as it got here, it's gone completely dark, instead of it being forwarded to its correct destination. If an item goes through here, don't expect to see it ever again.

I have been waiting on a package that tracking says was delivered and it hasn't been - 5 days now.  When I call the annex I am put on hold after 37 minutes I hung up - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My packages are being delivered to the incorrect address, when the address is correct on the package.
The carrier is sending the packages back as incorrect address.  

I called and tried to speak to someone and I was on hold for 5 minutes.  I called back several times and no answer.

Worst post office ever.......
