I have been a customer of Lavonne's for the last year and everyone in the office is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for me. I would refer this office to anyone that want's good customer service.

Called to get a quote for auto insurance. Girl who answered phone could not be bothered. Was rude, and impatient.  Will look somewhere else for insurance.

I have been with Lavonne for almost 15 years and I can always depend on Lavonne and her staff to have my interest at best. When I am unable to speak to Lavonne herself, Nicole has been most helpful in taking care of my needs. Thank you to a wonderful team!

I asked for an accurate quote over the phone, with my license number and vin. I was told a much lower rate than I was currently paying $94 a month, when I walked in and tried to set up a policy they jumped it up to $146 citing two tickets one of which should not have been on my MVR. I was told if I could get it off it would go down so after a week of going through the courts and DMV I finally got it removed from my motor vehicle record. When I returned to lavonnes office I was told it didn't change anything that it would have been $210 if I hadn't had that ticket removed but since I did they would insure me for $146 when they clearly saw both tickets the first time I was in there. Very misleading and deceptive, quoted me low to get me in the door then always had a new excuse as to why they wouldn't honor it. Completely wasted my time.
