I was referred to Mr. Valencia through a work acquaintance and was very happy to have hired him. They say that lawyers are scum but was presently surprised how down to earth this guy is. He handled my case with such professionalism and aggressiveness that I was happy with the end results of my case. I highly recommend him for all your attorney needs.

I hired Mr. Valencia in 2015 to represent me in a federal case. Mr. Valencia failed to deliver a key document to the court before sentencing (stipulation of factual basis). He also failed to file my case under SEAL as he told me he had done so. Mr. Valencia also failed to live up to contract terms and has threatened me with a lawsuit in return. Overall, If I could give (-1) stars, I would. Do your research and consult with multiple lawyers for the best representation.
