I was t-boned in an accident in April 2017.  This is my second case w/ The Accident Guys (Eliot Houman).  My experience with my first case is what made me reach back out to Eliot.  Everything went smoothly, had no issues whatsoever.  Eliot referred me to a fantastic medical facility for treatment that I actually miss going to.  I have referred 3 other cases to Eliot and will continue to do so.  He's responsive, will keep you informed and always willing to answer any questions you may have.  Oh and let's not forget, very happy with the settlements from both cases! I would like to add also that their Associate Attorney, Brian Jacobson is awesome; he's responsive, informative and such a delight to deal with. I was referred to this law office by my friend after getting into a car accident Aug 2016. 
Attorney Houman, Attorney Ramirez & their staff were on top of everything. From the beginning, they explained everything. They were quick to return my inquiries as well and kept me updated. They referred me to facilities that were convenient to me and even made house visits for signing documents. Good advocate for their clients and very professional. Will recommend.

I got rear-ended in Apr last year and worked with attorney Eliot for the case. I got pretty responsive handling--gathering information, signing the contract, finding me doctors and arranging checkups, etc. Throughout the whole process, they were really caring and constantly checked in to see my recovery progress and if there were anything they could do for me. In later stage, when the other party's insurance company and the doctors gave us the quote for final settlement and medical bills, attorney Eliot negotiated very hard with both sides, which left us a great deal. After we settled, they sent me the check very quickly. So the whole process was very pleasant and they are: quick and responsive, professional and competent, and caring and representing the clients' best interest. I would highly recommend Dayan & Houman for handling personal injury cases.

I found this lawyer on yelp and so glad I did! They were very accommodating from the very first meet up. They met me at work during lunch as my work schedule is crazy. I mainly dealt with Eliot and Brian and both were very helpful. Whenever I had a question or concern, both would answer me back right away. The other insurance that we had to deal with was a pain and Eliot and his team were on top of it! They went above and beyond my expectations! Oh and another bonus... I can't keep my phone on or get calls during work so having them communicate via texts was awesome. I’ve already referred a co-worker to them and she’s also happy with them as well! Hopefully, I don't get into another accident, but if I do, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

The Accident Guys were super helpful when I needed them. Don't want to discuss what the case was but let me just say Eliot and Omid are the best at what they do and came through for me. They always took my feedback about different matters into consideration and acted on them. I can't thank them enough. Great and easy to work. I will be recommending them to others.
