She will give you straight answers . Shoots from the hip . Not a bs kinda person . I like that👍 I recommend her phone consults . She is reliable and punctual . Not a clock watcher either . She gave me the full time plus an little extra to make sure I knew what to do . Write her advice down when she calls . Be ready to take
Notes . Scamming landlords are no match for her !  You will be well represented by her in any situation. Easy to make an appt also .

I highly recommend Melissa Marsh to anyone in need of incorporation.  She is smart, and does everything necessary in a remarkably expedient timeframe.  She took care of my initial incorporation in April, 2016 and when I needed to change my corporate name she took care of it in less than 2 days.
Melissa is very responsive to questions you may have,  and she answers her phone and email quickly. She gets the job done professionally and at reasonable rates. Melissa is an excellent choice for those in need of legal assistance with their corporation.

Paid for consultation for 1 hour, couldn't reach her to hire her.  It seems she is only interested in doing web based consultation.  Ended up hiring a different group.

I have dealt with some of the largest and best law firms in the industry and guarantee you that you cannot find a more qualified lawyer than Melissa Marsh. Her experience with real estate law and corporations is highly regarded and appreciated by myself and my colleagues. I have found my attorney for all my counsel needs: business advice; drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; organizing and maintaining my California corporations and LLCs; estate planning; advising both myself, as employer, and my employees on employment law matters; real estate transactions including purchase and sale agreements. I understand she is a whiz with neighbor disputes, Los Angeles landlord tenant and eviction matters which I hope I never find myself in a situation like that.

If you want to form a new corporation, this is the attorney to do it for you if you want it done correctly and quickly the first time.  This attorney responds quickly and follows up on telephone calls and e-mails and keeps her clients in the loop.  Melissa  is a pleasure to work with because she knows what she is doing.  I would highly recommend her (on a scale of 1-10) a TEN, to anyone who wishes to form a new corporation. She is your go-to-attorney!!
