Burg and Brock is a great firm with great lawyers, however unfortunately they are typical money hungry lawyers who don't care about their clients.  After taking my first two cases to them, and referring many more, they refused to take my third case because best case scenario we would win the case, and worst possible outcome was we would settle it with 50/50 liability and they were afraid to do that.  I assumed that a firm who I have gave so much business to would be willing to take this small risk of not losing the case, but settling 50/50.  I was wrong.  I took my case to another law office who picked it up in a heartbeat and won the case in a matter of weeks with no problems.  Thanks Burg and Brock, but you will get no more of my business.

For one time use, they are a great law office.  
If you plan on being a returning client with multiple cases, I would go else where because they don't care about their clients to get that loyalty.

Last February, I was trying to turn left and a car, which did not have right of way, plowed into me. The air bag was deployed and my car was totaled.  I had never been in an accident before and I was terrified and in a mild state of shock. I really had no idea what to do. The other driver was not behaving normally at all, and my car had been totaled. I was in some pain, but I didn't know what the extent of my injuries might be, so I called my friend and he referred me to Dr. Yadidi's law firm. When I contacted them, they told me not to worry, they would start the process, and they advised me to seek medical care immediately, so I went to urgent care. They found a number of issues and, since then, I've had to obtain several treatments.

Throughout this time, the attention and advice I have received from my case manager and everyone at the office has been outstanding. The day after the accident, they came to home with all the necessary paperwork - I obviously didn't have a car, and it was all handled in an efficient and thoughtful manner that was much more convenient and simpler than I would have expected.

Since it was my first accident, I was very uncertain and confused about all the details. I had no idea who was going to pay for what in terms of medical care, and I wasn't sure when it would be a good idea for me to get a new car. What if the other driver didn't have insurance? Would my insurance rates be getting higher, even though the accident wasn't my fault? My case manager has been extremely good at walking me through every step of the process and working with my insurance company so that I know exactly what's going on and what I need to do next as they prepare my case. They've responded quickly to all of my questions and I've never felt that I don't fully understand the steps they are taking for me.

Honestly, getting over an accident like this can be really overwhelming. Dealing with the pain and all of the medical issues that you have to work with. The whole thing is too much. You don't want to have to sit down and start worrying about the money. Having a good lawyer and case manager has been really important, because I don't feel like I have to worry about everything and it's all being taken care of. I'm looking forward to a very fair outcome in terms of the case, and really glad my friend suggested Dr. Yadidi.

He has several sites! Just a suggestion, why not return calls instead of making websites! I called and talked to staff twice, and was told I'll be getting a call back at some point. Nobody ever called me back, and after one week I found help elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Why run all those TV and Radio ads if you aren't interested in taking cases? I was hesitant to go with him from the get go, because I actually speak English, and attorneys like him are dime a dozen in LA, but my mother insisted that I try him cause he is all over Persian TV and radio. Well evidently all this involvement in networking has left them not caring about what's important..... the potential clients!!!!!!

My Experience was very positive, Although the firms is big and my case was handled by other lawyers than Yadid(the owner) , Yadidi was always involved with my case and he attended most of the hearings. I felt everything was explained upfront and I was never pushed in any direction that I was not comfortable with. I always felt welcomed with any questions and concerns. I would recommend Burg and Brock based on their vast experience and work ethic.
