The legal assistance provided to me by the Law Office of Robert M. Baskin was knowledgeable, professional, timely, and sensitive in a very difficult and emotional time. Robert went above and beyond all my expectations, and was dedicated to making sure my mothers wishes were carried out. All of this was accomplished courteously and honestly against aggressive and unscrupulous opposition. Robert personally put in extra effort to kept my interests forefront. The time spent going over the financial minutia and deliberately obfuscated facts and figures brought to light hidden aspects of the estate that otherwise may have gone unnoticed; making a huge difference in the final outcome. Everyone on the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Worked with Robert and staff for well over a year in a family Trust lawsuit. Robert and staff put together a solid case that stopped the plaintiffs right in their tracks. The case was settled at Mediation with all of our responses accepted. You can spend more on a larger law firm but you will not get any better service.

I was referred to Robert M. Baskin by another well known Trust and Business attorney to help with my parents trust administration once they had passed away.  I could not have been referred to a more knowledgeable and competent attorney.  First, the office staff- kind, considerate, compassionate, efficient and most friendly.  Robert M.Baskin- brilliant, effective, comprehensive, experienced, accomplished, respected, strategic, devoted, punctual, and courteous.  He knows the law inside and out. NOTHING slips through the cracks in his office nor in his work.  Every stone is overturned to reach  a fair and equitable solution to very complicated and perplexing issues.  He is an incredible person, attorney, litigator and well respected by his peers and the probate court.  I highly recommend Robert M. Baskin for any and all of your trust needs.

I am grateful for the professional and quality representation of the law office of Robert M. Baskin and his associate Arthur Liberty in handling a family trust dispute. A sensitive and difficult issue was concluded in mediation without further litigation due to their skilled legal counsel. I highly recommend and agree they are the best attorneys in Ventura County.
