A book could be written for my situation (likely something similar could be said about most people's stories regarding the nature of this business). I hired Erik after consulting a few lawyers and quickly found that he was not only more optimistic about my predicament than the other lawyers, he was attentive to my apprehension toward pursuing legal matters (which was a big deal to me), he also re-evaluated the details of my case and was able to present several options that the others either did not care to present or were just unable to find, hidden in the details. Without discussing specifics, Erik delved deeply into maritime law as well as many other facets of my particular case until he was able to find both the strategy and ethical approach that tailored to my unique situation. The end result was absolutely fair and although (as I am sure is common) the path of this case faced many less than ethical challenges from the opposing legal team, Erik was always able to illuminate a path toward a more favorable outcome. If you have reached a place in your life where legal representation is required, I would highly recommend Erik Feingold and his team. Having to face tough legal issues is infinitely less stressful when you have representation from a guy and a firm that puts your specific wishes at the forefront of their itinerary.
