Being in the process of bankruptcy can be scary. You don't know what you're doing, you don't know if you're doing it right, and it is a downright gut-wrenching feeling. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack before meeting with Adam. After meeting with him I had this sense of relief because of how wonderful he is. Bankruptcy is a lot of work on your part and also his. He is super respectful and always has your best interest at heart. If there is one person I would recommend to do this job for you it would absolutely be him. You can even go in just to talk to him for a free consultation. This way you have a good idea of what is going to fit you best.

Contacted Adam Weiner because of his steller reviews. I emailed him requesting information and he got back to me the next day. When I had my first consultation, I wasn't sure if he was listening bc I can be all over the map when I am talking but then he started jotting some notes and looking up stuff and gave me some recommendations. He is quiet mannered. Sophisticated. To the point. Keeps you on track. Listens. Approachable. I did not feel he was judging me by the things I told him which was quite allot. He goes over the best approach and explains why. I am still working through the process so I will update in the future.  SB

Adam was very helpful and informative as we worked through the complexities of a bankruptcy filing. His friendly, low-key, non-judgemental manner make him very easy to work with. I hope you don't need his type of services, but if you do, he's good!

Adam handled my chapter 7 with great care and was very professional. He understood how traumatic it can be to have to resort to bankruptcy and kept me both calm & informed during the entire process. Absolutely the best rates I've seen with bankruptcy law in and around the Portland area. Facing debt so big you fear there is no way out was so overwhelming, I could not have gone through with this solution without him. He was also very understanding when on several occasions I had to bring my infant with me. Thank you to Mr. Weiner!

Thanks for everything you did for me and for making something that can seem so overwhelming so seamless and painless. I appreciate all of your input, your work on my bankruptcy, and for the peace of mind I had through the process of what to expect. In the unfortunate event that someone does need a bankruptcy lawyer, I now know which lawyer to refer them to! Thanks again!
