My mother would like me to advise you how appreciative she is of the quick services. Her auto accident was February 2017, and she picked up her check in the beginning of August already. She had a previous attorney in LA who she was never available and the paralegals were always rude when she would ask for questions. She has very spoken highly of the paralegal who handled her auto accident case from beginning to end. My mother was not only content that she spoke Spanish, but thankful that she was nice, polite, and always returned my mothers calls back. The Doctor she went to was also great, my mother feels much better and couldn't thank the paralegal enough for getting her in so fast.

While working in a dental office I hurt my back. Even though my employer tried to help me the insurance gave me a hard time. I went to see Mr. Cleveland for a consultation. He gave me some great advice. After looking over all my paperwork he was honest and told me I was doing great on my own. Told me if something changed later to call him. Who does this? He was a really a nice guy. I will definitely keep him in mind. Did I mention my consultation was free.

On behalf of my mother Rosa, she would like to say thank you!!!!!!! 

She is very happy and satisified, she is very happy of the paralegal Ashley who assisted her case with the attorney John. This is my second car accident with them and my mom can't describe how happy she is. They didn't want to accept responsibility in the beginning but they made it happen, this office is like family. We will all continue to come here.

I got in an accident, and i got recommended by one of my close friends that was in a law firm for workers comp. He advised me to go with Cleveland and Metz because they work fast. I was helped by the paralegal named Ashley that was consistently keeping me informed about my case. I got my settlement check a lot faster than other firms because of how much persistent she was with the  other insurance company on getting everything completed.

I am not much of a reviewer, but i am very satisfied with the effort, work ethic and constant communication given to my daughter's cases.

I was skeptical about getting an attorney and wanted to do it alone, but my parents advised me it was best to hire an attorney for the auto accident they were passengers in. I am glad i did!!!! Ashley is the paralegal that assists the attorney for the auto cases in the office, and i had my doubts as my parents said this is a big Workers Compensation office, but she sure new her sfuff. She was kind and full of knowledge about the auto accidents do's and dont's. Not once did she hesitate a response and helped with all of my queations, doubts and concerns.

I would like to say thank you! I am impressed with the hard work. She went from a zero $ offer to a descent amount, now this is satisfying!!

All around, i was happy with the diligent work and effort the assistant provided to my girls case.

 Thank you for your attentive help!
