Mark is the kind of attorney that puts his heart, mind and soul into his work.  He is extremely passionate about his work  and cares a great deal about his clients. He had a way about him that instilled confidence in me .His assistance Yani  was  very professional, caring and helpful.  From the moment I met her she made me feel comfortable as if there was nothing to worry about (a feeling you need when things seem to be going wrong)   My family and I were so blessed to have met Mark and Yani . I retained Mark in February as my criminal defense lawyer after I was charged in Florida with a first degree felony. He is very professional in what he does. I live in New York and he handled the entire case for me without me ever having to go back to Florida. He fought hard to get me the best possible outcome for my case and I'm extremely grateful for his services. I wish I had the pleasure of meeting him in person. Highly recommend him to anyone in the State of Florida seeking a criminal defense lawyer.

Mark is a SPECTACULAR lawyer! He is extremely professional and does exactly what he promises. Yani, his assistant, is always available on the phone/email and respond to my queries promptly. Mark is very smart and compassionate. Above all he is a great human being who genuinely cares for his clients; he took on my case as if it was his own. I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer.

Mr. Eiglarsh and his team turned what was a very difficult situation into a positive one. I appreciated not only his expertise and his professionalism but the empathy, compassion shown towards me by he and Yani. He never made promises that were too good to be true and he never over-burdened me with worry over all that could go wrong, in other words he was always completely up front and straight with me and provided a great service that ultimately resolved my issues completely. I will forever be indebted for all the work he did on my behalf. He is the best of the best as far as I am concerned and very fair in his fees. Thank You Mr. Eiglarsh!
