Unprofessional. First off I was facing some serious charges. I went to Orlando and retained Sean Landers. Which is great. He was professional. Unfortunately he works for this Law Firm. He had told me to bring him 6000 where I had extra money so I brought in eight. There was an agreement which is signed which is supposed to be something that you cannot get out of. Understandable. Within a month they never even end up charging me. Sean had to make a phone call or two and a couple documents. I figured he spoke with me approximately 6 times at an hour apiece. I knew it probably wasn't possible to get the original 1500 plus the 8 back but hey it was worth a try. I explain to Sean that a high-end attorney at 500 an hour would probably cost about 6 grand and wondered if I could get a little bit back since he had asked me to bring in 6. I felt though this would have been more than fair even if I only got 1500 back. He explained to me that more than likely that isn't happening and the firm would review my situation and the agreement of the 15. And probably the best that they could do if anything would be to not make me pay the rest. So off of my memory if I paid 9500 of the 15 that's more than sufficient for maybe 8 to 10 hours worth of work.  but no what happens next. They put me in collections and sent me paperwork for remainder of the amount for failing to pay remainder of contract!!! They could have gotten paid more than enough for something that never even took off the ground! wouldn't even had to have given me money back and I would have been a satisfied person. More than likely would write a positive review and go about my way. But now we're here dealing with greedy people taking advantage of a situation. That money can sit there and be owed I'm never paying. So if you're thinking of taking advantage of this firm or are thinking about utilizing their services I would highly reconsider. Before they take advantage of you.  The way they're looking at it the name brings the money. And not the fact that I was wrongly accused got the case closed. So once your sucked in There's No Going Back. Also if you find yourself in the situation make sure to file a complaint with the Florida bar. Which I'll be doing here soon. Hope this helps someone.

Mr. Baez was very professional and attentive during my criminal law case. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire him. A criminal case is stressful and traumatic. I felt very safe and comfortable.
