I have to say, that Sean is a true gentleman. He is smart. He made sure I understood everything related to the case, what the steps were, what he would recommend, even made sure I understood everything he said as English is not my mother tongue. However this wasn't  an issue at all (we understood each other well). He kept it simple and clean. And most important, he kept it real when we talked about amounts. He is diligent, honest and caring.
If he believes there is a valid case, and he accepts representing you, you'll be in good hands.
If you don't speak English, there is always a way to communicate with him as he has team members that are fluent in Spanish and will be more than happy to assist.
I can't thank Sean enough for his commitment and energy with my case.

Mr cleary is professional and patient, always answers the phone and returns phone calls. His staff is extremely helpful and will always update you on the progress of your case. They are based in downtown Miami, parking is hard but they do such an amazing job over the phone and email that you never really have to drive to the office. He is the best lawyers to hire in Miami if you were a victim of medical malpractice or we're in a car accident.

I was riding my scooter in West Kendall and I was hit by a car. Sean went above and beyond for me and I'm very happy with the results. Would recommend for anyone!

I slip and fall in the grocery store in Miami and I hurt my neck and back , because of this I had to go for several treatments and I suffer pain beside I loss hours of work and time because of my  injuries. I contacted Sean and he was very Proffessional and helpful . Thank you very much I feel compensated and my sense of self respect is higher .

I couldn't be happier with the legal representation and work Sean gave to the organization I represent.  He was a thoughtful, professional partner in an extremely difficult situation that at times seemed hopeless but reached a successful end with all parties agreeable with the outcome.  A very difficult navigation that Sean was able to help lead us through. We are thankful for his help and I highly recommend Sean when looking for legal services.
