If you need true, fair, knowledgeable and vigorous lawyer who has your best interest then talk to Paul Chan. He understands the CA BRN regulations like nothing, well respected by the prosecutors. If you are scrolling down the list of possible attorneys to represent you in Medical legal issues and you do not want to waste time and effort, then Mr Paul Chan is the right man.  I called Mr Chan to get a telephone consultation and He was absolutely resourceful, professional, honest,  extremely knowledgeable, great communicator, empathetic and patient. He gave me almost an hour on the phone, where as others only gave me 5-10 minute,of useless, hope diminishing consultations. I felt like Mr Chan listened, cared and wanted to sincerely  help. He offered to give him a call back if I had more questions, no one has ever offered that, and offered me very reasonable rates and was completely understanding of my financial situation since I am not practicing medicine now. I feel like I can depend on him and will definitely hire him and entrust him with my case and life situation that is so important in regaining my medical license and practice medicine again. Thank You Paul Chan!!

Mr. Chan is a great lawyer, he fought for me from the first time I reached out to him. Kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Answered all my emails, and I have to admit they were excessive! lol He responded immediately anytime I reached out to him and broke down the process so i actually understood what he was talking about. He is well liked by other lawyers, and is well known in Sacramento. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I hope I never need him again but if I do he will be the first person I call. I know people in similar circumstances who did not get the same outcome as me because they did not hire an attorney. He's worth every penny and  is willing to work with you. Give him a call, HIGHLY recommended!!!!

With out Paul's expertise with licensee law  I would have lost my case, When Paul took my case I expected to have a freshman lawyer. Not the case from the beginning to the last appearance I only talked with Paul. I spoke with many firms before Paul and I found his 20 plus years of experience, cost and his tenacity made my choice easy. I cannot recommend Paul enough.

On a rainy day earlier this year the unimaginable happened to me. I was arrested for a DUI. I felt like my life and my 30 year RN career was over. I knew I was going to need an attorney to represent me at the criminal level and with the BRN. Thankfully I found Paul Chan. He represented me at the criminal court getting the best possible outcome for me and handled the disclosure to the BRN which ended in a Citation and Fine outcome. I feel that I now have my life back and can work for a few more years in my profession before I hang up my stethoscope and retire. Thankyou Paul, You Saved me Big Time !!
