When I decided to file a disability claim, I was hesitant since I had been turned down twice By the social security office. However, I didn't give up and I sought legal help from Smolich & Smolich. From the beginning Melissa and Karla at the front desk provided a very pleasant and professional experience. When I thought I had no chance of receiving benefits, Smolich & Smolich were there to help. They took care of everything for me. It was a big burden lifted of my shoulders and glad I made the call and chose them to represent me. I cannot express my gratitude just through this review. They were absolutely amazing. Roopen Parekh knew exactly what he was doing. I didn't even know we had won in the court room till we walk out and he told me. And my case manager Britney was always so much help returned my calls asap. All of the people I came in contact was very helpful and respectful.

I filed for Social Security Disability on my own and was denied within 4 months. I called Smolich and Smolich and was promptly scheduled an appointment with Roopen. Roopen was very kind and understanding of the Social Security Disability process. He explained what would happen and the time lines that I had to look forward to. They filed my appeal and within months I WAS APPROVED!! I know I would still be in the long drawn out process today if it wasn't for them. Do yourself a favor and hire Smolich and Smolich to be on your side. They are the best!

Thank you Smolich and Smolich for all your hard work. I know without you and your amazing staff I wouldn't have been able to receive my Social Security benefits. I will continue to refer anyone who needs an Attorney to go full throttle to contact your awesome firm!
