Story

Attorney Richard Tendler is known for his aggressive, skilled, and effective representation of clients in both State and Federal courts. His entire career has been dedicated to the field of criminal defense: he served as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County for nearly five years, and previously worked for a firm exclusively devoted to criminal defense in Massachusetts. As a Public Defender and while in private practice, Mr. Tendler has represented clients who have faced charges ranging from driving under the influence to murder, and has successfully defended individuals in cases involving such serious felony charges as armed robbery, sexual activity with a child, kidnapping, and sexual battery. In addition, Mr. Tendler also represents individuals and corporations charged with complex economic white collar offenses, in cases brought by the United States Government.
