We counsel business owners on a variety of issues including buy/sell agreements, manufacturing agreements, intellectual property, R&D joint venture agreements, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, immigration and employment law. We successfully defend and prosecute, as required, business clients in major litigation, handle the break-up of business relationships, defend employment claims, and provide complex opinions to major lenders.
