NEVER park here. My car was severely damaged when I was parked there overnight, and they could not produce the video of who hit me (no note was left and I came back to 3K worth of damage). Laz claims to have cameras all around the lot with great video capabilities, that is a lie. After speaking with police they mentioned there was nothing they could do and advised against parking there due to previous occurrences that were similar.

Don't park here! Where do I start? 1. Card readers don't work when it's raining 2. You will wait forever for their shuttle (while u watch other shuttles pass by several times) 3. Their lot is full of potholes 4. If your car is damaged in their lot they will do nothing about it. I fly often and will NEVER use this crappy place again.

Don't park here! I did the park, stay and fly deal with the hotel next door back in May. I have a new Audi and used the valet parking lot. When I got my car back there was a big streak of white paint from someone throwing a car door open into my passenger side door. When I cleaned the paint off there was a dent and scratch underneath. After months of them not returning calls and failing to following up or call back when they said they would, they've denied my claim. They told me my only other option is to get my insurance company involved and waste more of my time. I wish I could leave zero stars because they wasted so much of my time. I will never park here again.

I always leave my car at this particular spot they take really good care of it and they pick me up and drop me off at the airport and it's very convenient and everybody so nice and they take care of you I haven't had a problem yet

Premier VALET PARKING sounded great until we determined upon return that we had an additional balance of $5 for arriving at 5:55 am instead of 6 am (but didn't mention that when the bus brought us to the airport of course) and the car wasn't even ready for us when we came back to pick it up so for 71 bucks we probably could have passed on this mode of transportation to/from the airport. Frustrating at 11:30 pm at the end of a trip.
