Extremely disappointed!!!! Went on vacation and paid for a detailed and they DID NOT DETAIL ANYTHING! I will never go back there! They said they got confused which is weird back we paid for the detailing in advance. We were able to get our money back but I only went there because of the detail service. Do not go there unless every other parking lot is full.

Beware.  Had a $50 Sunoco gas gift card stolen from my car in late Feb. 2018.  The card was NOT in plain view but was under some papers in my console.  Clearly the intent to steal was evidenced by the papers being shuffled and moved. After a day of looking high and low throughout my car did the shuffled papers I noticed become clear - it was stolen !!   I contacted Roncari explaining the theft via their website.  Did I hear back ?  Nothing, Nada. just crickets.  I've used Roncari for over 20 years of travel.  If you value your property do not entrust these thieves with your vehicle and all its contents.  I now use Executive Valet down the road and have had excellent results.  Never again Roncari ... is this how you treat a longtime customer ?  There are other honest Valet choices around BDL.

Neat and clean. Overall, a good experience.
The space is massive and the convenience of the shuttle makes it an excellent option for travelers given its location.

Very nice off-airport parking.  Back to back buses.  Huge AAA discount.  Friendly staff.  Short ride to curb.
