LazFly Premier Valet Parking – Windsor Locks, CT

I've been coming here for over three years now. 

Book your reservation online, drop off on your way to the airport and they drop you off at your airline. Upon return, just text them after you've picked up your luggage and the pick you up. In the winter your car is cleared of snow by the time you get there and in summer it's nice and cool before getting into it.

I've never had an incident and will always use their service!

it was the worst service you can get....We called in our # from the airport..others on the bus had the driver text theirs in...we arrived at their lot....our car no where in sight..others our bus paid, got in their car and left..this was at 2:55pm...2 other shuttles pulled in..maybe 10 customers on the two..thay again paid got in their cars and left...we still waiting...We asked each employee as he went by, about our car..all said it is coming...
Finnal just before 3:15pm..went to a supervisor.....Rick wanted to know what the problem was...explained above..he took our # and walked away..NEVER SAW Rick AGAIN.....
at 3:25pm another employee came for the # again and off he went....
At 3:35pm our car finally was brought to us....as the kid walked away..over his shoulder he mumbled "sorry"...
This not the service that Laz says it will give you for PREMIUM VALET AT $11.25 A DAY..... 
I'll never use this company again,there are other choices.....and neither will any one I know

BUT I wonder if UConn knows how their image looks at this type of poor service
