The absolute worst. I have called and emailed them. Over the past week because I was double charged at the Emory hospital parking deck. Not once have they attempted to return any of my messages. Next step is to go see them in person which I have no problems doing. I originally gave them a one star because I did not receive any return calls from them. I was finally to get a live person who sounded concerned and was able to help. As she send an email for me she provided a number as well and with that number I spoke to another person who actually helped me with no problem. For that I will give them a 3.5. Because it's so hard to get in contact with them.

The WORST people to get in touch with. Never pick up their phones, never return phone calls if you leave a message, never call you back when they say they will. I hate having to call them when we have a problem getting into the parking deck, which unfortunately is ALL THE TIME. The cards never work for monthly card-holders. And if we do have a problem, it always takes over a week with multiple unreturned and unanswered phone calls until we can finally get in touch with someone and it is fixed. Even then, it'll take another week to get a new card. Its ridiculous. And the people who work there are extremely rude and unprofessional. When you finally get someone on the phone, they talk to you as if you were ignorant. I detest having to work with this company. Unfortunately they are connected to our building so we have no choice. But if we think about re-locating, LAZ is the first thing I will gladly wave goodbye to.

Tenga cuidado y evite dejar su carro en este lugar están esperando el más mínimo error para multarlo con los 75 dólares, les recomiendo que paguen el valet parking que es 10 dólares y usted no está limitado con el tiempo.
