Was a nice place to stay, planned on being there long term, always paid my rent and did miscellaneous work for them . Long story short don't have your car break down out of town and call them to let them know that you will be there the very next day to pay and you come back to an eviction notice, not properly dated for that fact, so we moved that day not wanting to or having a place to go. Yes we came back in a truck to haul the bigger items outside to our storage being winter is coming but oh well. Good luck if you stay there. I will say Marsha is the only one that doesn't judge you and is a very kind person.

Very nice and clean park. Managers are very nice. We come from a park in town that did not care if your neighbors sewer line was broken and running on the ground, not to mention they were on drugs and on the other side of us was an obnoxious drunk/druggie. Crystal runs a pretty tight ship here from what I can tell so far. I have never seen or heard any problems with any of the people staying in this park so far.

The Lazy B RV Park welcomes everyone of all ages in our park. We do have rules and regulations that are not harsh. We do expect parents or an adult to tend to their young kids while at the park. We do have a deep fishing pond and do not allow childern playing around  the pond without adult supervision. We would feel bad if one of the your kids were hurt. Everyone is provided with a set of our rules and regulations at check in.

This is a great place to stay.  Weather yiy are a full time RV family or just passing through you can't go wrong.   With a fully stocked pond you can fish and have a great time.   It is quiet, clean and the management is great.  Thy also have an lp tank swap if you run out of gas during these winter months.  I highly recommend lazy b rv Park.

We stayed here for a month while my husband was working in Springdale and enjoyed it, very clean and well kept the owners were very nice along with everyone in the park! Our little boy really enjoyed feeding the ducks and the large grass area so he could play!
