Just used their dump station. Only one near where I am boondocking. Cabellas closed their station and I guess Camping World has never had one... this place is about 10 miles so not too far.. cost was extremely reason able... I called about 545 pm to find out 9f they had a station, time it closed and cost. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and professional... I told her we would be there just before closing, about 650 pm if she could wait a couple extra minutes in case wevwetr held up somewhere .. We made it right at 650 and was met by a cool kitty and a bunch of fish tanks... I paid, which was cheap cheap.... 5 bucks... The lady then walked me around the back of the office and showed me where the station is. It is a back in but it is a very easy one .. it was already dark and we did just fine.... My only complaint was the water spigot has a hose that is wrenched so tight on tgat it we not come off and the other end is cut off so there is no way to run your tank scrubbers or anything like that... But just nice people and I am really thankful for having met folks like tgem...

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years, with my husband and two kids. It is very kid friendly and I assure you that it is a VERY SAFE place for anyone to live. The whole time we have lived here we have never had anything stolen and we have never had anyone messing around with our possessions. Yes, I do lock my doors when I am not home, but that is anywhere I have ever lived. There is rules that are implied to EVERYONE in the park and if you don't follow them, you will be notified and something will happen! I let my kids run around and play outside with no worries! The park is very clean and the pool is great! People around this neighborhood really know how to make you feel at home, their is people that don't get along in the park with one another, but they still tolerate each other and everyone gets along! There has been people who have lived here for more than 10 years, and I can seen why!! Great place to live!

I live here currently. There are thieves. There are drunks and nosy people. An old lady called the cops stating we were beating our dog when that was not the case. The cop dismissed it stating there was nothing going on. My wedding ring was stolen and nothing has been done even though there are cameras. We have been told to lock all of our doors even when we are home because people having been having there property stolen. The owner has been rude and has threatened to kick us out due to liars. I do NOT recommend living here unless you're a liar, a thief, or a drunk. If so, this is the perfect place for you. The owner has favorites and it is ridiculous.
