I love this place!! Gloria Skin care makes me feel relax and hospitality service is friendly and inviting. Greeted by friendly receptionist! The place is clean and very nice inside . I love the treatment here body scrub and facial is soothing and calming.

I went to Le Reve for the couples spa. It was okay. As I was getting my massage, there was noise coming from outside. I was able to hear people laughing and talking. In addition, there was some banging noise that disrupted my relaxation. The banging noise was out of their control, as it was upstairs. My massage therapist (Nadine) was okay. She seemed quite intense. Idk. Not my favorite. I did not enjoy the massage as much as I thought I would. My boyfriend on the other hand enjoyed his massage very much. We got champagne and exactly 4 chocolates. Overall, it was okay. Don't think I would go back.

Nagi and Kathy gave my wife and I an amazing couple's spa treatment that was well worth the cost. Both were amazingly attentive and went out of their way to give us an amazing experience. The facilities were calming and beautiful, a perfect setting for a romantic and relaxing pampering.

We came to this facility for a bachlorette day. We got the salt room option that came with a bottle of champagne and chocolates. We were given a half drank flat bottle of champagne and a half drank bottle of wine. When we asked about a different bottle of champagne (and I had seen someone carrying several bottles in the hall), we were given a warm bottle of sparkling raspberry malt beverage. Giving people half drank bottles of alcohol from other customers, is not acceptable and unsanitary. The massages were ok. The woman who did the nails of the BRIDE was terrible. She messed up a nail, the nail that was her ring finger that would appear in pictures, and when the bride politely asked her to fix it she said "that is your nail", which it very clearly was not and it was a blob of polish sticking out the side of her nail. Finally the woman filed it, but there was part of the nail that had no polish and the woman refused to fix it. She then walked off without doing the bride's pedicure, which I then had to inquire about. She came back and said it must not have been scheduled, like it was our fault. I double checked my reservation and it clearly had a pedicure and manicure on her reservation. It has only been 4 days and 2 of her gel toe nails have come off. Gel should last for several weeks, and this leads me to believe they were done poorly because the woman didn't want to do them. One of the girls was charged too much for a regular manicure and pedicure + french. When she inquired as to why the price was so much, she was told that is how much it is. When I went back and checked the prices in the brochure, she was definitely charged too much. Customer care was atrocious. We spent over $600 in the establishment. I would not recommend the spa to anyone and I am very dissapointed that the bride's special day was handled so poorly.  We could have received better treatment for way less money at the cheap nail salon down the street.

I stumbled upon this spa during my last minute search for a spa in Philly, in hopes of finding a relaxing atmosphere and a skilled masseuse. I made a mistake of not calling first and booked on line. I got exactly what I was looking for but the spa offers so much more and after seeing all of their amenities, I wish I had more time to try additional treatments.  Friendly and courteous staff, very clean and cozy place, tastefully decorated. I am definitely coming back with a group of girls for a spa party next time! The place is also great for couples. Glad I found it!
