I've been a member of Hand & Stone for 3 years while relocating from Miami, West Palm, Fort Lauderdale, and Philadelphia. This by far is the BEST Hand & Stone because of JUDITH. She is an excellent esthetician because she goes the extra mile to make your spa experience enjoyable, relaxing, and magical. I am very very picky when it comes to facials. I have sensitive skin and I also have a high stress job. Judith was both gentle and cognizant of my experiences throughout different facial appointments (e.g., chemical peel, microderm, and light massage that accompanies facials). I love her energy which is positive and nurturing. I cannot praise her work enough... seriously. If you ever want a wonderful experience, Judith is your gal!!

I didn't even get to experience going to this establishment. I was planning a spa day for me and my 5 friends before we graduate. I had spoken to a lady in the phone who insisted that we all would be able to be seen on a Friday instead of a Saturday because the weekends are reserved for their members. I made the appointment and they took my credit card information. This was almost a week ago. I received a call 4 days before our appointment says that the person who took our reservations did not understand the policy and that they can not see us because the party was too large to be seen and that Friday's are saved for their members. They can only take parties of two but can not take three parties of two. I don't appreciate the inconvenience with this because I have to figure something else out for me and my friends. Not to mention that if I didn't call and canceled my already cancelled appointment they were going to charge me anyway. I honestly don't understand how they can't do a party and turn down almost $400. I guess they don't do bridal showers or anything of that nature. Very disappointed

Today was my first visit to Hand & Stone and I must say it exceeded all expectations. Philadelphia has been a tough city to find a facial that is well done and customized to your own skin needs. I think I have found my place for facials. Judith was amazing and I will be back.

I really enjoyed the service. I upgraded to the hot stone massage and I was completly relaxed and refreshed after my visit.
