Rittenhouse Spa & Club – On the third floor of The Rittenhouse hotel, famed stylist Paul Labrecque leads the hair team, much to the delight of his fiercely loyal patrons. Hot shaves, nature-inspired conditioning treatments, Vitamin C facials and in-suite massages complete the luxury menu.

First time here, 5 employees at the front desk laughing and conversating. Was dissatisfied with service given. Call was placed twice, sent to voice mail of manager. No one wantend to rectify my dissatisfaction. Couldn't believe I was sent to manager's voice mail knowing he was not in. Was told once returning to speak with manager he was out and someone else was taking his place. If that wasn't bad enough, was told the wait time to see the acting manager would be 45 minutes because they were in a training session. Such poor customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Great space. Really pretty. It isn't always that inviting and the clientele can be a little entitled, however, I got matched up with an amazing colorist Danny, who changed my hair! I got a massage once, and the lady talked the entire time and it was a little much. Don't think Id go back for those services. Overall, 4 stars.

very luxurious. the massage therapist lilia was very attentive to details and did a great job. clean. great refreshments. you can lounge in the relaxation room and pool all day. lockers are secure with codes--fresh robes and slippers. full showers with everything from loofas to tampons.

If your in Philly for business or pleasure take a water barre class, followed by a treatment and lunch by the light-filled indoor pool (avocado toast and green juice made my day:). I agree it's not 5-star but a solid well-earned 4.5 star. Staff are attentive but not too intrusive and other patrons are lovely.
