We would actually give 10 out of 5 stars for this company. We have been treated as if we were the only client they have. Brie did not pressure us into getting insurance through them but encouraged us to shop around.  When we did, we were left on hold for far too long and/or were treated like just another numbered client. We were greatly impressed with Brie's expertise.  She explained everything so we could easily understand all the aspects of the policy. The deal was done quickly and efficiently - no snags.  There was no difficulty in making the deadline that we had. There was the added surprise of a significant reduction in the cost of the policy compared to the previous company we were with. Thank you Brie for taking such good care of us.  We look forward to getting auto insurance through you to bundle with the home insurance. Worked with Heather to get a new home and auto policy after leaving another provider. She was very detailed, found some shortcomings in our previous policy and went the extra mile with Aviva to make sure we kept a discount after we missed the initial window to enroll for their mobile app program.

I was referred to Levitt by a friend who had also relocated to Canada from overseas. Taylor was so friendly and helpful - and incredibly efficient! Even the dealership was surprised by how quickly I managed to complete and submit my insurance policy for the purchase. Her follow-up through the entire process was not just professional but reassuring and when she was unavailable, she informed me ahead of time and introduced me to Brie who would assist me during for that period. Definitely recommend using them!

We have been with Levitt Insurance, specifically Lisa Arnott, for many years for our house and cottage and several generations of cars, boat and trailer. Also some temporary special coverage for construction and renovations. Lisa, always cheerful and patient, understands exactly what our insurance needs are and finds us good coverage at a good price.  I never hesitate to recommend her to family or friends.

I started with Levitt 15 years ago on arrival in Canada. 19 days after landing I bought a car, and nobody else would insure me as a new arrival. Levitts gave me a chance, and I've been with them ever since. Lisa is great and always quick to respond, and the couple of times I've had claims they have been taken care of smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an honest, professional insurance broker.

I got to know Levitt Insurance Brokers thru my sister-in-law since 2014 and all I can say is that it’s been smooth sailing and never doubted this company when it comes to car insurance.
