Don't bother, this place used to be great but has become way too busy for it's own good. There is one good doctor (Dr Jordan) and to see him you would have to book literally many months in advance most of the time. The office staff and procedures are so disorganized and confused they often make mistakes and/or no one gets back to you when there's a problem. The only saving grace for this place is it's UC which I will say is fairly prompt and helpful, for a primary physician or NP I would not bother though.

The staff and Dr. Lisa Winkler are always friendly, efficient, and thorough. I can count on excellent care, even when I have had to utilize Urgent Care. Their website is easy to use, and simplifies prescription renewals, messaging the staff, or accessing my records. I have never experienced a lengthy wait on the phone as well. Thank you Leawood Family Care for great service and sincere concern.

I called to see if I could establish care with a primary doctor and to get an issue checked out that I was really concerned about. While there were no appointments available to me the receptionist recommended I go to the walk in side to be seen for my concern. As soon as I got there I was treated like a number. I accidentally left my insurance card at home but I had a picture of it on my phone. I asked if I could email it to them but they said no only fax. I don't have that option so just paid out of pocket. I was brought back pretty quickly. The nurse who saw me was cold and made me feel like I was a burdon on her day. The doctor (Dr. Campbell) came in and seemed  nice and checked out my issue quickly. I was very clearly concerned about this, as I was obviously crying. She did not even acknowledge this and quickly diagnosed me without even asking me what other symptoms I was having to confirm this diagnosis. I clearly was anxious and was having trouble speaking But she continued on, made her prognosis and left.
Will definitely not be going back here and will be getting a second opinion, as my symptoms don't even match the diagnosis that was given. The only reason I gave 2 stars was how quickly I was in and out.
