The front office is definitely more concerned about your insurance and payment options than they are about how the patient is doing and why they are there. Since the front office is the gateway to care, please don’t come here with anything that requires urgency - use an ER instead. If you have time to spend and are fully prepared to ensure that they have all the billing information they need, plus your co-payment options lined up, and preferably several bank sources, then this is your kind of place. Otherwise if there are any questions of any kind whatsoever on your fitness and willingness to pay, you will sit in the lobby and field questions until the front office is satisfied.

Fantastic customer service! They apologized for my wait time (busy holiday season and I was expecting it but so nice to hear them acknowledge). Physician was so caring and put me at ease!! Thank you!!

I had a great experience here.  The staff was all polite, considerate and helpful.  They listened to my concerns about my history and current condition and addressed them all thoroughly (which is often a problem for many doctors - they seem to think what you have to say is irrelevant, but I did not experience that here).  Most importantly, the treatment was correct as I am getting better!  I will definitely be coming back here (well, I hope not, but if I need a doctor, I will!).  UPDATE: same excellent experience 18 months later on my next visit.  And amazingly, the staff remembered me!!!

Was in and out quickly. They didn't rush me and took care of my sinus infection. Nice facilities. Would visit again.

Superior service! Quick, polite, in and out! I was quite impressed from the moment I entered until leaving. Everything went quickly,  professionally, and efficiently.  I highly recommend this facility!
