I walked into this Ledo's on my lunch break. First of all I was not greeted properly. That's the first sign of a horrible experience. I place my order to get a 8' Veg-In pizza and I asked to have them remove the jalapenos because they are way to spicy for me. I was then told by the AM1 cashier that I cannot remove them because its a "specialty pizza" I would have to create my own. I understand if i was picking the pizza apart. I asked can I speak to a manager and the cashier went to get her. Meanwhile in the lobby a young black male is prancing around making smart remarks clearly he just wanted to be seen and need a task to complete. The manger finally walks out and we she does she has a cash drawer in hand. She doesn't make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence. I then get so upset I begin cursing and removing myself out of the facility. My co worker then receives his order and was told that me removing my jalapenos was a "corporate issue" Why would I need to call corporate to remove 1! ingredient? I will never eat or spend my money at this location EVER AGAIN. The customer service is horrible and I'm EVEN MORE disappointed because people of color are the ones SHOWING THEIR ASS!

Food is good and customer service is good but the service is extremely slow. Gotta call ahead or else you'll be waiting at least an hour for your food. To top it all off they got my order wrong.

4 star's for the food.My 1st time eating at Ledo's.Denice wanted Pizza it was late, so we went to Ledo's.My server was patient,and frendly.When we paid our bill of 32.00 and Tip our server 5.00.I ask were the rest room was,he said they are Close I cant use them.I went to target across the parking lot.How about that for your 1st time.Friday night 8/18/17.

Well pops and I went to Ledos on MLK the waiter came over took our order brought our drinks. Little later came back and explained that somehow ticket got lost and took care of the problem. Now I'm still sitting here waiting for my food as pops is eating his dinner. DAMN I'm freaking hungry. Bring my food you slapnuts. Chop chop . Boy step it up people

Good customer service, but the ordering process was bad. steak and cheese was rushed , not made with combination order. Then to eat a steak n cheese with little steak.
