This place is some shit that food is not good and the staff it very rude and disrespectful specially the girl at cashier today and the guy working in grill today wanted to fight me beacuse I was talking in Spanish he sed I wasn't supposed to speak Spanish in the store he wanted to come and fight me and while I was eating he keep making threats and comment I will tell everybody I know in on my Spanish friends never come in and eat ever again

Simply put, the service is absolutely awful. Rude manager and staff members seem to lack proper training. I ordered food online, but food was not ready, even after 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. When I asked for a refund, the manager refunded a portion of the money paid online, arguing she refunded me the amount she sees on her system. After I showed her the receipt, she was not happy. She was very rude, and still did not refund the full amount. There was no point of arguing over change, so I decided to just leave and never come again to this store. We like Chipotle, but this store is awful. They need a lot of training.

Nasty.  Employees Eating while prepping food wth no gloves on then goes back to cooking. While fixing my food employee brushes and picks up spilled veggies wth her hand ands goes  back to fixing my food. Chips stale...3 bags. While on one fixing my food one was leaning directly across my bowl to stir meat nasty apron almost went in my food!!

We picked up food we had ordered online, food was not ready. Cashier was rude. Get home and the food was cold. Felt like it just came out of a refrigerator. Called to inform them of this. They said they would remake it. Went back and they called us lairs and that we just wanted free food.  And talked about us to other employees. I love chipotle but I will not return to this one.  This location is normally slow and unfriendly but being aggressive toward customers and rude is the last straw.
