Was one of the best pizza places in the area hands down. Had to come back and change my review. The new manager who is a teenager in the body of a middle aged woman has taken this place down into the gutter. She drove away all the dependable older drivers who made on time delivery a possibility and most of the best workers in the store she didn't want there because she's the kind of power hungry stooge who wants little children to work for her so she can tell them all what to do and feel like she's doing her job because of that meanwhile the people she drove out didn't need to be told what to do because they knew the business better then her at this store. She's arrogant, low class, disrespectful to people in general, and not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer. Pizza hut will not pay it's best workers what they deserve so they do not get quality production from the best people. Area managers and store managers for this area also have performed poorly in the past and there has been a carousel for these positions.

On the evening of August 25th I ordered my then pregnant sister about $30 worth of food. I fell asleep while waiting on the food, so my sister received the pizza in my place. The next day I'm out running household errands and I notice that my Pizza Hut charge is more than my online receipt, I asked my sister if she had given the driver a tip...but she said no because I was sleep, so to my surprise the driver tipped their self. I immediately called the store and s/w "the manager" I suppose and they said that they would call me back after an investigation. A week later I then called corporate...same thing they took down my complaint and then said someone would call me which never happened. This place not only has bad customer service, but the management also condones stealing from its customers. This place is by far thee absolute worst place to ever order from. It totally grinds my gears to always come across people who hate their jobs...like you know that no one is forcing you to work there, right?

These Workers must have a mental illness this has been the worst service I have ever gotten I called them at 6pm they told me they will come in 40mins 2 hours later I call and they tell me it's an takeout order??? Than they tell me they switched it to delivery then another 2 hours past I call them they say it's still on take out and someone says there manager told them they can't switch it so they canceled by order that's amazing how they don't call me about the order even though they ask for your number this service was trash don't EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE I guess I'm making my own pizza thanks Pizza Hut.

Very poor service with extremely long wait times. I live fairly close to the Pizza Hut and every time I try to order ,on the phone, a man with a very thick Indian accent attempts to take my order, but gets it wrong. The staff at this location are very slow, and have a difficult time getting your order correct. The pizza here is very soft and not crunchy at all. If you ask to have your pizza cooked longer it is always soft.
