World class service is the first thing that comes to my mind when I reflect on my experience at Lee Michaels.. I walked in uneducated and intimidated by the fine watch/jewelry business, but I left confident in my purchase. Linda Kelly was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to do anything to help you understand the process and get you exactly what you desire. I couldn’t be more impressed with Linda Kelly. It’s rare to find someone as well informed as Linda, but even more rare to find a person that has the patience and ability to make you feel comfortable asking what are probably the most rudimentary questions ever asked in that boutique. I have already referred several friends and family members to this fine establishment. I am so impressed with the service that any future jewelry or gem purchases will be done exclusively through Lee Michaels. As for the product, I ended up purchasing a Rolex Watch/Ring and it is scintillating! I must reiterate that I think it is an anomaly how passionate Kelly and her team are, but not necessarily on the upsell. However, they are more focused on finding out what it is you like/are looking for and how best to maximize those goals in your budget— a true rarity! I truly had an exceptionally memorable experience at Lee Michaels! All thanks to Linda Kelly Stacey Powers & Don Powers Sr.

Lee Michaels gave us the best quality at the best price and had a wonderful selection. They were willing to go above and beyond to turn a family heirloom into a beautifully updated engagement ring and the result was fabulous. They were also extremely helpful in special ordering a wedding band, even proving a virtual image of what the set would look like together before ordering. Another important note is that the folks over at Lakeside Lee Michaels were not pushy. You often get that pushy and overly urgent salesperson that leaves you feeling reluctant when making such a big purchase. Liz at Lee Michaels encouraged us to take our time making decisions and considering all available options. This was most appreciated! Liz at the Lakeside mall location was very easy to work with and always provided prompt responses. They also help facilitate a smooth appraisal process in order to obtain jewelry insurance. The entire Lee Michaels team is very friendly and knowledgeable, and you can rest assured that you're in great hands with Liz and the rest of the Lee Michaels team!

After having a negative experience the store manager called and made sure to rectify the issue. It's nice to know the management is proactive and cares to save relationships with customers. Thank you Jose for reaching out.

Always a pleasure doing business with Jose at Lee Michaels. He is always so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Been doing business with Lee Michaels for many years and I will go no where else for my good jewelry. The only complaint I have is that they don't carry Swarovski crystals any more, but from what I understand it was Swarovski that decided to pull out.

Linda was very helpful in helping us choose a wedding band and with answering all of our questions. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and with the sizing of the ring. We will be going back for any additional needs.
