After browsing for countless hours online for the right wedding ring set for my future wife I came to a single realization. Her dream ring was going to be one of a kind. This is where Adler's Jewelry became necessary and Adam's experience was invaluable. Supplying Adam with pictures of different rings, each with characteristics that I wanted incorporated in the final result, we began the design process. Each step of the way, he would send me a 3D rendering of the design and we would sit there and adjust until the final product was exactly like I envisioned. Making the matching one of a kind wedding band was a breeze. Adam was able to take the design from the engagement ring and render an incredible wedding band that goes together flawlessly.

My now wife still continues to get compliments, one after the other from young and old alike, and it is all thanks to Adler's Jewelry. Their passion for their work makes their jewelry true works of art.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Adler's at Lakeside and I'm glad he did. I am thrilled with the ring that he chose, but wasn't totally satisfied with the center stone. I was not expecting much when I first called customer service because the receipt for the ring clearly said it was a final sale item. I decided to call anyway and spoke directly to Netty, his saleswomen. We came in the following day and she had my center stone replaced with a better quality diamond AND had it appraised for me at no extra cost. A short time later, one of my side stones fell out and we were able to drop it off and have that also replaced within a day. I am overjoyed with service we were provided and of the three times we've been there, we were always greeted with a smile by every representative.

I fell in love with a stunning engagement ring I saw in one of the display windows at Adler's at Lakeside Shopping Center. I knew the store's exquisite jewelry was normally quite expensive, but I was beyond thrilled when I saw the rings on display in the window were very affordable. I showed the ring to my (then) boyfriend, who agreed the ring was gorgeous and very inexpensive. A few months later, my fiance surprised me with the ring when he asked me to marry him. Usually, if a store offers me a great product at a good price, I would rate the business five stars. Adler's is only receiving four stars from me for two reasons: 1. The salesperson who sold my fiance the ring was apparently taking a really long time getting the ring ready at checkout. 2. After my fiance proposed, I went to Adler's to get some information about the wedding cake pulls the store sells. When I told the salesperson I wanted to see the cake pulls, she gave me a strange look and then proceeded to lead me to the cake pulls. She had the "Hurry-up-because-you're-wasting-my-time" kind of attitude. I ended up purchasing my cake pulls from Mignon Faget and I adore them! I will say when I dropped my ring off to be resized yesterday, the salesman was very, very helpful and professional. I will most definitely ask for his help when I go back to Adler's to look for wedding bands. My ring was also marked down in price when my fiance bought it, so that's another plus. Overall, I would recommend Adler's to a friend. Just keep in mind that this is a very exclusive store, so there may or may not be snooty salespeople! (You have been warned!)

After receiving an email about a Waterford Cross Christmas Ornament I went on line and ordered one. I couldn't believe when it arrived a day later with a personalized Thank You note! The picture did not no do it justice and it's beautiful. It brought back memories of the ornaments on my grandparent's tree.
