In general, this Macy's location is a good place to shop for gifts, kitchenware, and men's clothing and accessories. However, if you have ever shopped in other Macy's stores nationwide, then you may be disappointed with this one. Yes, they carry designer labels and always have sales. They all do. It is a chain. Otherwise, finding what you want (and expect from Macy's) is hit or miss, especially in women's. With the exception of accessories like jewelry and purses, I am always disappointed with women's clothing and shoes at this location. On top of it, 9 times out of 10, customer service is very rude or non-existent. When staff see me taking a bunch of clothes into the dressing room or deciding between a pair of shoes (one of which is pricier), they want to run and help me spend the most money as possible. Contrarily, when I'm just in for something specific and really need help finding it (if they even have it), I just get ignored. Help is nowhere to be found. Hello? Does anybody work here? On a positive note, the men's department is usually well stocked and organized with many good choices. If you're looking for slacks, shirts, shorts, belts, ties, wallets, watches, or shoes, you'll likely find exactly what you need with no help at all.

Horrible Customer Satisfaction Policy I shop at Macy's all the time and had a defective Calvin Klein dress where the stitching came out in the middle of the dress after 1 wear. Because the tags were off, Macy refused to refund me, refused a like for like exchange and refused to repair the dress. The Manager kept repeating that because the tags were off that there was nothing they could do and that I had to take it up with Calvin Klein directly. What a horrible customer satisfaction policy. I am not surprised that they are in financial trouble given the competition out there.

This Macy's is one of the company's top performers. Lots of name brands and they sell affordable (American Rag, etc) all the way to high end (Armani exchange, and more). The best department store between Houston and Atlanta. This is a modern, clean and nice store!!!

Found some great deals on men's dress clothes. But with rude, unhelpful employees I have little desire to come back.
