Strips were super dry. Asked for Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes no gravy instead I got two things of mashed potatoes one with gravy. Receipt said what I got the cashier just didnt hear me and winged my order. The green beans suck. Have to ask for honey if you want to enjoy your bland biscuits. The reason I rated 3 instead of 1 is because I have had a few good experiences here. It must've been because I went on a Monday that it was not good. They gave me an extra strip though..Amount of food was worth the price but not great quality.

Love the food, hate the service. This place needs to get with the times. An ordering app and a drive thru would save this place from certain extinction. I called in my order thinking it would be quicker...WRONG! Where do you go once you arrive if you call ahead? Same line. I made the mistake of going on a Wednesday when the lunch combo is $1 off. Do yourself a favor and go any day but Wed and pay the extra dollar. I had to stop them from taking walk-in orders to go get my food, which was ready and getting cold.

My cat does not eat human food, but i have had to sho him off the table multiple times after eating the chicken from here. I knew the chicken was good but this little monster is eating any tiny little crumb he can get. This is good chicken. I approve of the coleslaw as well.

They are very accommodating, best chicken ever...all around great service..no matter how long the line is, it seems to go so fast because these people know how to handle a crowd. Been going there for years and never a bad experience

The food was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND SO WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The clerk acknowledged everyone before and after us, it seemed like they purposely picked the worst chicken for us, and then it was slammed on the counter.... I’ll NEVER COME BACK
