Food was okay. Service was okay. Price was okay. I asked for cheese on the side, but everything I ordered had the cheese on it... Waitress did offer to get the food remade, but I didn't have time to wait. It wasn't an extremely long wait, but it was still a bit of a wait for a veggie gyro and Greek salad (which was kind of a joke, it was literally iceberg lettuce, feta cheese, and one of each item it said it comes with). Oh, and spinach pie, it was good, but somewhat cold. Waitress did give me a discount for the mistake, but I learned that they give that same discount online. All around, it was just okay. Maybe there's other things on the menu, or other days that are better.

I have been to other Red Olive locations, and have always thought it was good. This was my first (and only) time at this location, and it was a horrible experience. My food was prepared incorrectly, and my husbands veal patty was cold and soggy and clearly microwaved (and not even for long enough). We waited at our table after the food was dropped off for almost 20 minutes, and no one ever came to see if our food was ok, or even glanced our way to see me glaring daggers at everyone. When they finally came by, they acted confused at our complaints and made no offer to remake the food. By that time our son was done eating and we didn’t have time to wait, so we just asked for our check. Neither of us ate any of our entree, but both were included on the check. The manager tried to give us $2 off, and argued that we were wrong about the quality of the food. He said there was no way he could verify what we were saying... even though the food was still sitting on our table and he could just walk over and look. Not sure why he thought he couldn’t confirm cheese was left out of an omelette that was dissected on the plate. We shouldn’t have been charged at all. This was a horrible experience, I will never go back here. Horrible food quality, and horrible service. Other locations have been fine though, like I said.

Management failed to assist when there was a problem with our order. It's one thing to stand up for your employees, which I understand, but when items are missing and/or not cooked, you shouldn't be arguing with the customer at checkout. Very unprofessional. Food was inedible in its microwaved and undercooked state, so there isn't a positive thing I have to say about this location.

This is one of my favorite places to eat however, we both ordered spaghetti and no bread was brought out. The salad was lettuce and a very small piece of tomato. Coke had to be sent back, and we were given dirty silverware. No drink refills were offered. For a Friday night it was empty. It was very clean and the food good. Staff was friendly. Just disappointed this time.
