If I could leave a NEGATIVE star i would! They were HORRIBLE!!! I needed a simple fill in, my nails were casket shaped. I sit in the chair and let her know i have gel polish and would like gel polish again. She was soooo rough when drilling the gel polish off my nails she cut my fingers numerous time. She began laying the acrylic and had a VERY then layer i asked if she was sure it was enough because it looked very thin. She ignored me!!! She also kept throwing my hand towards the fan. So as she’s laying the acrylic my nails began to look OVAL shaped. I didn’t say anything at first bc I figured she knew that wasn’t the right shape. Nope she didn’t fix anything when she put the cuticle oil on my hands and said wash my hands i was completely disgusted with how my nails looked! I told her just cash me out I’m done. I will NEVER and i mean NEVER give them a dime of my money ever again! Rude staff and very poor quality work. Please save your money and don’t go to this salon.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. To put it simply they're highly understaffed, unprofessional, and unsympathetic towards customers. I went despite the other reviews and ended up having to get up and leave.

Very sloppy and not a good place to get your nails done. The manager is rude and they're always understaffed. There's one college student who works there and is really nice and friendly to you, and talks to you throughout but she's the only one that I would say is sweet and does your nails properly.

Had 50 min for a lunch break so I figured I'd get a fill in.  I walked in and there was one lady doing a pedicure one doing a manicure and another one doing a full set.  I signed in at 12:55 PM and one of the customers had just finished so I waited at the front.  The customer left and the lady told me to wait a few minutes.  I waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. I told one of the other ladies working on a customer that I couldn't wait any longer. All she said was ok. Worst customer service ever.

One of the best nail salons in the area. The young girls in the salon are awesome, and the older employees are also a blast. They are all very nice workers, and try their best to accommodate your needs. Give it a try and hopefully, you won't be disappointed and will keep coming back like me.
