After multiple deep tissue massages with Roberto I can say that I would highly recommend him. He also does a great job adapting the massage to your needs and preferences. I have not tried the other services yet, but the staff has typically been very friendly. They have also been very good about sending reminder emails prior to the appointment so you have enough notice to cancel if your schedule changes.

Visited Nirvelli for the first time last week. My massage was performed by Roberto. He did a fantastic job! It was the best massage I've had to date. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him. I can't wait to go back!

Staff was not friendly, borderline rude. Went there based on a promotion, was told I had to leave a bank card on file in case of no show, no call policy. Masseuse would only massage my back, which was great, but then told me not to turn over until she left the room and that she would not work on any of the front side of the body. I will seek services elsewhere.

Roberto was fantastic. This was my first time and he made me feel wonderfully relaxed and comfortable. I can't wait to come back

I received a gift certificate here and went a couple of times.  Based on actual massages, would give it a 2.5.  The term "spa" is kind of funny as it's actually very cold and clinical inside.  Waiting room is not very nice either.  What takes it down from there is the attitude of the staff.  Generally, they seem unhappy to be there and not very friendly.  I actually threw away the remaining balance on my gift card instead of paying anything out of pocket for the 3rd visit.

 I usually support local businesses, but you're better off going to a chain or someplace else here.
